Key Responsibilities

• •Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships with relevant businesses, organizations, influencers, and platforms aligned with our target audience and marketing objectives.
• •Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
• •Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded promotions, events, content collaborations, and sponsorships, aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and acquisition.
• •Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, utilizing key metrics and insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and achieve marketing goals.
• •Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for partnership activations and marketing campaigns, leveraging the unique strengths and resources of both parties involved.
• •Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with partners, ensuring mutual benefit, alignment with company objectives, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• •Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the marketing landscape, providing strategic recommendations for partnership development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master degree preferred).
• •Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing collaborative marketing campaigns.
