Key Responsibilities
- •Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and initiate partnerships with relevant businesses, organizations, influencers, and platforms aligned with our target audience and marketing objectives.
- •Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
- •Collaborative Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded promotions, events, content collaborations, and sponsorships, aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and acquisition.
- •Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives, utilizing key metrics and insights to optimize strategies, improve ROI, and achieve marketing goals.
- •Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for partnership activations and marketing campaigns, leveraging the unique strengths and resources of both parties involved.
- •Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, agreements, and contracts with partners, ensuring mutual benefit, alignment with company objectives, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- •Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the marketing landscape, providing strategic recommendations for partnership development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- •Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master degree preferred).
- •Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing roles, with a track record of successfully executing collaborative marketing campaigns.
- •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and influencers.
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- •Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of generating innovative partnership ideas and marketing strategies.
- •Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize results.
- •Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- •Familiarity with relevant marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
